BT publishes business continuity management information
BT has made details of its business continuity management processes publicly available. The overview, which is presented on the BT Group website, aims to reassure the company’s customers about its BC capabilities. 3n achieves rapid growth in 2005
3n (National Notification Network) has announced annual revenue growth of 241 percent in 2005. Companies will not act to pre-empt European corporate governance legislation
100 percent of European companies questioned in a survey by Wax Digital believe that it is only a matter of time before EU legislation follows the precedent set by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act in the USA. 43 percent stated that they expect any future EU legislation to be tougher, but none of those questioned are making plans to pre-empt such legislation - they will only act when required by law.
