BC Management's 2011 compensation study has found that the average total compensation (base + bonus) for a US-based business continuity professional is $114,331 USD. Fewer respondents to the 2011 survey indicated a total compensation decrease: 33.33 percent in 2011 compared to 40.73 percent in 2010.
