Business Continuity / Information Security Consultant

Location: UK, Gloucestershire

Job purpose/background:

The role of Consultant, Business Continuity Management (BCM) is focused on supporting and implementing BCM programs primarily for UK clients.

Key activities will include engaging with business stakeholders to understand the business, assisting the business functions to maintain their business continuity plans, supporting plan exercises, the support of crisis management training/invocations, and the promotion of business continuity.

As a member of the team there may be opportunities outside of BCM or the region to support other initiatives. Specific Information Security knowledge would be welcomed and could form a standalone role.

Some travel may be required.

  • BCM Planning
  • Business Impact Analyses
  • Risk Management
  • BCM Exercising
  • Education & Awareness
  • Crisis Management

Knowledge/experience:

  • Bachelors or higher degree required
  • Business continuity experience
  • Info Sec experience
  • Experience in crisis response preferred
  • Ability to generate new business critical
