Business Continuity & ISO Compliance Manager

Location: UK Edinburgh

The primary focus for this position is to ensure all Business Continuity, Regulatory ISO and Environmental needs are met and implemented.

Job role

  • Business continuity planning and management including ensuring various tests and action plans are managed and rolled out
  • Environment management including ensuring public sector schemes, government statistics and environmental consultants are effectively dealt with
  • Health & Safety operational compliance & statistics
  • Reviewing and managing security policies
  • Ensuring the business is aware an up to date on HS&E legislation and management of HS&E policies
  • Preparing and managing Risk Assessments
  • Identifying training issues and rolling out throughout the business
  • Full management of ISO standards, policies and procedures providing reports, carrying out audits and assessments on a regular basis
  • Providing management information and reports on the various aspects of the role to senior management on a regular basis


  • Extensive previous experience within HS&E, continuity and sustainability
  • Experience of managing ISO standards
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (or equivalent)
  • IEMA membership
  • The ability to assess and explain policies and procedures.
