Principal Business Continuity Manager

Subject matter expert in designated Risk Methodologies and corporate risk practices and utilizes that knowledge to guide business customer through expected assessments and appropriate Risk Management practices. Works with the business to analyze and interpret results and data of risk assessments and helps business understand implications and determine next steps. Makes recommendations and provides guidance to ensure the business understands and utilizes all tools available to them. Communicates and Reports results and assessments. Creates presentations and puts data together into a meaningful format.

  • Relationship management
  • Coordinates, influences and negotiates
  • Ensures timelines are met and projects move forward; drives investigation and/or problem solving for projects
  • Analysis, Reporting¬†and Recommendations
  • Takes results and data and helps business understand implications and determine next steps
  • Communicating and reporting on results of assessments, and processes
  • Researching and problem-solving
  • Partners with Technology Operations and Third Party Management to ensure appropriate testing is executed
  • Drives risk remediation efforts
  • Performs training and quality assessments
  • Governance of all business continuity documentation and calendar of controls for Dealer and Consumer Auto Finance
