Risk and Business Continuity Manager

Following a period of exceptional growth, the University is seeking to employ an experienced individual to drive the embedment of the institution’s risk management framework into all areas of its operations as well as providing technical support and guidance to senior managers on their local and institutional business continuity plans and arrangements.

Reporting to the Director of Planning, Governance and Compliance, the successful candidate will be recognized as the internal expert on risk management and business continuity.

The successful candidate will bring a track record in managing risk, both operationally through local risk assessment/management, as well as strategically though the identification and management/mitigation of risks to the delivery of objectives.  They will possess industry-recognized qualifications in either risk management and/or business continuity.  Equally importantly they will need to have excellent inter-personal skills and be able to engage/influence effectively at all levels within the institution.
