Business Continuity Project Manager

A large Financial Services firm is looking for a Business Continuity Project / Programme Manager for a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.

You will support the Head of Business Continuity Management (BCM) by:

Job role

  • Supporting the regional BCM leads with their BAU roles
  • Project/programme manager BCM related workstrams across a variety of programmes (including MiFID II, system improvements, capability reviews, supplier reviews and other BCM related projects as they arise
  • Manage agreed project budgets and coordinate project/programme resources as required
  • Manage project risks identified through the project lifecycle
  • Provide regular status updates to management
  • Complete work relating to UK Work Area Recovery projects
  • Work closely with IT, Group Risk, Audit, Legal & Compliance, Facilities etc. to define and implement corporate requirements related to Business Continuity and Crisis Management
  • Support the BCM team on any Crisis Management events
  • Ad hoc duties as required
