NFPA 1600 changes can now be viewed

The US NFPA 1600 Standard on Disaster/Emergency Management and Business Continuity/Continuity of Operations Programs is currently being revised and a document showing accepted changes is now available.

During the review process suggested amendments have been made and these were then voted on ballot process.

The new document shows the number of affirmative, negative, and abstaining votes as well as the explanation of the vote for each revision.

To pass the ballot stage each revision requires a simple majority of those eligible to vote and an affirmative vote of two-thirds of ballots returned.
