Business Continuity Management Institute launches six business continuity and disaster recovery certifications in Asia and the Middle East

Get free weekly news by e-mailThe Business Continuity Management Institute (BCMI) has announced the launch of a new Business Continuity Certification Programme with the signing of four MOUs with dignitaries from Asia.

Dr Goh Moh Heng, executive director of BCMI conducted signing ceremonies with Singapore Business Federation (SBF), China BCM Forum, Temasek Polytechnic (Singapore) and India-based Omnitech InfoSolutions Ltd., to launch the BCMI Certification programme.

The BCMI Certification Programme complements the existing high-level certifications by providing formal training for the entry and mid-level business continuity professional.

There are several levels of BCMI Certification which have different experience pre-requisites and exams for qualification. They are:

- Business Continuity Certified Planner (BCCP)
- Business Continuity Certified Specialist (BCCS)
- Business Continuity Certified Expert (BCCE)
- Disaster Recovery Certified Specialist (DRCS)
- Disaster Recovery Certified Expert (DRCE)
- Business Continuity Certified Foundation (BCCF) (for students).
