The new service is designed to achieve faster and more efficient disaster recovery through ‘visibility into recovery metrics and automation of the disaster recovery workflows and processes’.

When disaster recovery processes are not automated, it requires constant manual intervention and significant time and effort to ensure that the IT disaster recovery setup is efficient and will meet the desired recovery objectives at the time of disasters. Four services are offered under the Disaster Recovery Assurance Services umbrella. They are Pro-Active DR, DR Recovery, DR Drill and DR Continuity. The service also involves high-end online and onsite support from technical experts at Wipro.
