Onyx Group acquires local IT firm Fast growing North East England based technology solutions company Onyx Group has formally announced the acquisition of part of a local IT company for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition of Ponteland based NCS (Newcastle Computer Services), is the second acquisition for Onyx Group this year, after Scotland’s Campbell Lee plc. NCS has forged a strong and well recognised presence in the design and print marketplace, which is dependent on system resilience and recovery. This is a further strategic fit with Onyx Group, which focuses on providing organisations with the infrastructure and facilities to become truly resilient.
