IRM Accredits Certified Security Consultant course
The Institute of Risk Management has announced that it has accredited the Certified Security Consultant (CSC) course offered by security services company Anubis Associates Ltd. IRM accreditation is achieved following a detailed review of the course against current risk management standards and good practice by a qualified IRM reviewer. Double-Take Software supports trend for business continuity managed services
Double-Take Software has announced that a growing number of its partners have launched managed business continuity services in the UK during the first six months of 2008. The services remotely manage the deployment of a Double-Take solution at a customer site, replicating changes to corporate data to a remote data centre in real time and, in the event of failure of production servers, automatically failing-over IT services. The introduction of these services is in line with the growing trend for the channel to offer hosted and managed services to their customers.
