Business Continuity Manager

The Global Business Continuity Team protects Nike’s competitive advantage by proactively planning for natural hazards, man-made threats, and impacts to day-to-day business. Spanning the world, Business Continuity is composed of the Nike Intelligence Center, Employee Health and Safety, Business Recovery and Regional Business Continuity Directors.

In the role of WHQ Business Continuity Manager, you will manage and/or support all elements of the Business Continuity Strategy. You will liaise with Global and Regional teams across various disciplines to develop and maintain Business Recovery plans aligned with the existing programs and strategies. Your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: conducting business impact analysis, developing and maintaining business recovery plans, the creation and maintenance of WHQ Business Continuity Programs, managing regular Business Continuity operational elements, and the support of emergency response and incident management.

The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record of achieving results within complex environments. This candidate will be strategic in their approach to the work, ensuring expected outcomes are realized, and do so with a strong bias toward action. 

This role reports to the WHQ Business Continuity Director and supports the entirety of Nike World Headquarters and U.S. based manufacturing locations.
