At John Lewis we need to ensure the Partnership is prepared and understands the risk it faces in an ever changing and challenging world. To help achieve this we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Risk Manager to join our Operations team on a permanent basis. As the Risk Manager for Operations you will enhance and embed the Partnership risk framework to assist Operations identify and mitigate the risks it faces . You will engage with multiple stakeholders to identify their risks and support with the development of their risk registers. You will be the go to person regarding effectiveness of mitigating controls in addition to providing support in for the development of additional controls.

Job requirements

As a strategic thinker you will help Operations identify and develop mitigation strategies to manage their existing and emerging risks. longer term risk it faces. You will provide advice & guidance across Operations for risk management. As a Risk Manager you will also provide support and guidance to enable Operations to continually improve their risk management capability.
