The chosen candidate will assist in the creation and maintenance of business continuity plans, helping them move towards a streamlined and multifunctional service moving forward, and conduct business impact analysis for all business units in branches across the EMEA, as well as managing and facilitating business continuity testing.

Additionally, you will be tasked with dealing with incidents, initiating and coordinating the incident management team and assisting senior management in making decisions, as well as reviewing post-incident, identifying issues to make changes moving forward, and coordinating disaster recovery testing with overseas IT teams.

You will also continuously improve the business continuity function, ensuring processes always meet changing regulations, as well as conducting comprehensive risks assessments and leading the development of organisational resilience.
