An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality and Business Continuity specialist to join one of the UK's largest broadband providers. This is a dynamic and ambitious company who lead the way in their market with innovation and customer service excellence! The investment in this new role is evidence of their passion and determination to grow and expand in the coming years.

Based in the bustling city centre of Sheffield you will be part of a multi-functioning team and be a key part of the wider Legal team specialising in Quality Management and the Business Continuity. 

Your main responsibilities will include maintaining and improving the Quality Management System, managing internal and external audits and coordinating Business Continuity Management planning. You'll be key in driving processes and ensuring the entire operation understands and works within quality and continuity procedures and policies and identifying areas to strengthen and develop the proposition to ensure the organisation maintains it's award winning status in this competitive market.

The role will require you to be based in Sheffield with some limited travel and play a big part in the operational delivery of functions across the business.
