Business Resilience Lead

Oliver James Associates is currently headhunting for a Business Resilience Lead with a financial services business based in West Yorkshire. The client requires a Resilience professional to join their team to lead the Business Continuity work programmes, and also to develop and up-skill the more junior consultants on the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that are taking progressive steps to transition from the more traditional BC & DR standards to the newer Operational Resilience requirements and latest regulations.

Essential experience:

  • MBCI Qualified 
  • ISO 22301 Lead Auditor, or demonstrable experience working with this standard.

You will be heavily involved in developing the Business Resilience framework and mentoring two more junior business continuity consultants, as well as acting as the 'right hand' to the Business Resilience Senior Manager in the team.

The role is based in either Bradford or Leeds, offers a competitive salary up to £55k, as well remote working where possible as well.
