The HM Revenue and Customs Estates Directorate is responsible for the supply, management and maintenance of HMRC’s operational estate and the provision of associated support services, including change projects, post and storage. Its purpose is to ensure a safe, secure and efficient working environment for our people which represents good value for money to the taxpayer.

The implementation of the Regional Centre structure is a critical success factor for HMRC’s future operating model and Estates are at the forefront of delivering the largest Estates change across Government

The role will have day-to-day responsibility for the Regional Centres activities to ensure all LoB are able to react to an incident and to ensure Business Continuity plans and preparations are in place to recover the Regional Centre in the event of an incident.
