You will provide global leadership and oversight to the HSE&F function, activities and performance for the Business Center, establishing strong working relationships with business leaders and plant locations. You will be a key leader with directing sustainable health and safety programs, through incorporation of impactful operating processes and keeping in front of leading practices in health and safety standards.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
This position will manage the implementation of critical Corporate functional Business Continuity programs at Honeywell Corporate critical business sites. In addition, this position will include the role of Corporate Incident Manager for all Honeywell Corporate sites. Both initiatives are critical foundational processes that provide significant benefits to the business.
The BCM program will provide the means for the Corporate functions to prepare proactive plans to mitigate losses to assets, services, and to our business revenues in the event of a business interruption. Our stakeholders, including customers, employees, shareowners, insurers, and more, expect Honeywell to have rigorous continuity plans in place.
The Incident Manager role is to be a facilitator during any significant events that require support for the duration of the recovery and restoration process.
The position will work closely with the Corporate functional leaders including legal, risk management, finance, IT, audit, and more
This position will participate in Honeywell Business Continuity Management activities and programs to ensure compliance to Corporate BCM objectives
Work with Corporate site leaders to drive the implementation of the BCM program across Corporate
Develop and/or implement processes and systems to measure and monitor effectiveness of our BCM and Incident Management programs across Corporate.
