Business Continuity Manager

Job role

  • Develop, maintain and implement business continuity and disaster recovery strategies and solutions – including risk assessments, business impact analysis and documentation of business continuity and disaster recovery procedures. 
  • Ensure the business continuity plans and procedures are regularly updated in line with executed organizational, application of infrastructure changes.
  • Plan, conduct, debrief and ensure implementation of lessons learned of BCP tests and exercises to test the adequacy of the existing plans and strategies 
  • Develop, maintain and implement crisis management procedures for decision making and communications during a crisis situation to ensure continuity of operations and governance.
  • Monitor business continuity of key suppliers 
  • Ensure compliancy of Business Continuity framework with the law and regulations
  • Ensure regular reporting the Senior Management
  • Act as an coordinator for continuity actions after a disruption incident
  • Act as contact person towards regulators and other governmental instances 
  • Work closely together with the Business Continuity community within and outside Worldline, to continuously learn and align according to best practice standards
