As a Senior Business Continuity Specialist, The Senior Business Continuity Specialist provides support directly to the client for business continuity purposes, acting as the lead administrator to the company’s crisis management platform.

Job role

  • Act as the lead administrator to the company’s crisis management platform
  • Work cross functionally with leadership and divisional teams to coordinate and lead planning, training, and exercises
  • Provide risk/safety/security guidance to Human Resources team members
  • Conduct routine risk/threat/safety assessments and make recommendations as needed to mitigate risk to employees, members, assets, and brand
  • Manage critical event/emergency communications
  • Coordinate security for high profile/critical events throughout the company and assure the events are safe and secure
  • Attend events to directly manage the safety and security operation
  • Prepare reports and presentations for executive leadership
  • Provides support to our customer’s Director of Security & Risk Management
  • Manage contact data that is uploaded into system on a daily/weekly basis
  • Run reports as need through the platform to provide them to client security and human resources teams
  • Respond to technical support request from end users and assist with response
