The Business Continuity Analyst will support the Operational Resilience and Business Continuity programmes across EMEA, as well as assisting the Head of OR & BC and the Business Continuity Manager to:
- Liaise with stakeholders across the region to ensure that strategies and plans are effectively implemented and measured against global BC Standards and local regulations in a compliant manner
- Maintain regular working relationships and liaise with country stakeholders outside of UKI and the FIGS countries to provide subject matter advice and gather and maintain Operational Resilience and BCP metrics.
You will support the incident management process, including the development and maintenance of the Chubb mass communications tool and maintain a governance schedule around the incident management, BCP and operational resilience policies.
Furthermore, you will maintain an accurate database of CHUBB’s Important Business Services (IBS) as defined under Operational Resilience regulations and support the implementation of the 5 stages of Chubb’s Operational Resilience Framework:
- Prepare & Plan
- Resource Mapping
- Impact Tolerances
- Scenario Testing
- Mapping Recovery
