Introducing the Business Continuity Measurement SIG

Published: Monday, 11 May 2015 12:14

Total Business Metrics, in conjunction with Continuity Central, is launching a new series of Special Interest Groups (SIGs) for the business continuity profession.

SIGs are where a small number of professionals meet to discuss a specific aspect of their industry. Older business continuity managers will remember that the Survive! Membership Association ran a successful series of SIGs for many years until the demise of the organization.

The new Total Business Metrics and Continuity Central SIGs will commence on the 18th May, with a Business Continuity Measurement SIG. This will take place online using the GoToMeeting platform and runs from 3pm to 4pm UK time (10am to 11pm United States Eastern Time).

The SIG will consist of a chaired open discussion about business continuity measurement issues and gives delegates the opportunity to ask questions, raise problems, and obtain ideas and suggestions from their professional peers. Chatham House rules will apply. Places are strictly limited to fifteen people to allow a conversational approach.

If you would like to take part please use the signup form here.

Places are offered on a first come first served basis. Once the fifteen places are taken, further names will be added to a waiting list and will be invited to future Business Continuity Measurement SIGs.
