On October 13th Regester Larkin will hold its inaugural Crisis Management Conference Houston, with the theme ‘Leadership in Crisis Preparedness and Response’.
Following the success of the Crisis Management Conference London, now in its third year, the Crisis Management Conference Houston will bring together top-level speakers at the forefront of crisis preparedness and response to share their insights and experience of how their leaders and teams prepare for, respond to, and recover from crises.
Laura Monica, vice president, Corporate Communications at Pepco Holdings, will be the keynote speaker. She will share her experience of rebuilding stakeholder confidence in Pepco Holdings, once voted the worst company in America by the American Consumer Satisfaction Index (ACSI). She will discuss key lessons learned in leading the company from crisis to reputation recovery.
Managing director of Regester Larkin Americas, Kate Brader, said “The conference is a unique opportunity for those wanting to take part in discussion of the latest crisis management thinking and to share practical experience with other crisis management professionals.”
