BSI officially launches new crisis management technical guidance

At an event in London on 11th December, BSI officially launched the PD CEN/TS 17091 European technical specification for crisis management. Aimed at organizations of all sizes, the new guidance gives organizations ‘good practice guidance on how to prepare for, anticipate, respond to and recover from crises’.

Global mobile outages: lessons learned survey

On 6th December 2018, an issue with nodes in the core network of Ericsson, an ICT provider which handles around 40 percent of the world's mobile traffic, resulted in downtime for mobile data services around the world.
