Association of Contingency Planners and Disaster Recovery Institute renew partnership

The Association of Contingency Planners (ACP) has announced that the Disaster Recovery Institute International (DRI) has renewed its partnership with ACP. As industry partners, ACP and DRI will collaborate on selected events, webinars and other opportunities to leverage their combined strengths for the improvement of the profession and their respective memberships.

“ACP is happy to continue its professional relationship with DRI,” said ACP National Board Chair Bonnie Canal. “DRI’s partnership is an asset to ACP on every level,” Canal added.

“As a non-membership organization, DRI International realizes that the future of our profession is in the hands of those professional non-profit membership organizations, like ACP,” said DRI President Al Berman. “In recent years there has been an extreme amount of financial pressure that has hindered the efforts of these non-profit organizations. DRI is happy to help fund a variety of organizations including ACP. Our goal is to help increase membership and corporate sponsorship of these very important organizations.”
