Crises Control enters Gartner Market Guide for emergency mass notification solutions

Crises Control, the mass notification and incident management platform, has been named as a key vendor in the latest Gartner Market Guide for Emergency Mass Notification Solutions, released recently. This is the first time that Crises Control has appeared in a Gartner Market Guide which, this year, has recognised the growth in adoption of the platform, its continued technical evolution, and the aid it has provided to business owners and employees during the COVID-19 crisis.
Crises Control offers a secure and private multi-channel mass communications platform and app, which can be used to execute important announcements; an incident management platform, to provide full visibility of certain events, in real-time on an incident dashboard; and a panic button for staff and travellers, to ensure all employees are kept safe during an incident or crisis, such as during the pandemic.
The Gartner Market Guide covers crisis and emergency management solutions that orchestrate and manage tasks, resources, communications, collaboration, and data during a crisis. It recommends that security and risk management leaders responsible for crisis management should deploy solutions to facilitate command and control before and during a crisis.
