F24 AG, a provider of SaaS-based incident and crisis management, emergency notification and business communications, has broadened its product portfolio with the acquisition of Business-DNA Solutions GmbH, a provider of a governance, risk and compliance (GRC) solutions.
With this move F24 has expanded its product portfolio significantly with new capabilities in the areas of risk and business continuity management.
Business-DNA’s core product, TopEase, is a ‘multi-faceted software platform for risk, process, control, continuity, architecture, regulation, capability and security management’.
As a result of this acquisition, F24 can now provide support to customers through the whole value chain from early phases like risk and business continuity management through emergency notification and smart event communication up to comprehensive crisis management.
