International SOS gains 2022 Great Place to Work certification in US

International SOS’s US office has been Certified by Great Place to Work for 2022. The award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at International SOS.

The company had a 70 percent participation rate of employees sharing what makes them proud to work there and what keeps them engaged.

This year, 85 percent of employees said “I’m proud to tell others I work here.”

“At International SOS, creating a positive workplace experience for all employees is one of the top priorities for our team,” said Jarrett Michau, Chief Executive Officer, Americas, at International SOS. “Having our US office become Certified by Great Place to Work is an incredible accolade, and we could not have earned this recognition without our dedicated team of employees. We’re appreciative of the impactful work that our passionate crew does day in and day out and celebrate this award alongside them.”

“Great Place to Work certification isn’t something that comes easily – it takes ongoing dedication to the employee experience,” said Sarah Lewis-Kulin, Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place to Work. “It’s the only official recognition determined by employees’ real-time reports of their company culture. Earning this designation means that International SOS is one of the best companies to work for in the country.”
