ContinuitySA opens ‘Resilience Centre’ in KwaZulu-Natal

ContinuitySA has announced the opening of its first dedicated facility in South Africa’s KwaZulu-Natal province. The new resilience centre is located in the Fairways Office Park, in Mount Edgecombe, just north of the Umhlanga/La Lucia business node.

ContinuitySA is Africa's leading provider of business resilience solutions, including business continuity advisory, with recovery sites in Gauteng, the Western Cape, Mauritius, Mozambique and Botswana as well as its new site in KwaZulu-Natal.

"For many years, we have serviced KwaZulu-Natal clients via a partner, but the steady growth of our client base in the area – in part thanks to our close working relationship with our parent company, Internet Solutions – has enabled us to commission our own facility," says Michael Davies, CEO of ContinuitySA.

The 750 sq metre Mount Edgecombe recovery centre is conveniently located close to the N2 highway, and is well served by public transport. As with all ContinuitySA facilities, it has 24-hour security, adequate and secure parking, and backup power for complete resilience. In addition, all services run off a centralised uninterruptible power supply. It offers the full range of business continuity management services, including work-area recovery. ContinuitySA will also to deliver its business continuity advisory services from the new facility.
