StormGeo issues forecast for the 2016 Atlantic Hurricane Season

StormGeo, the specialist weather forecasting company, has released its initial forecast for the 2016 Atlantic Hurricane Season.

In a video released on April 13th, StormGeo’s Lead Hurricane Forecaster and Sr. Meteorologist Chris Hebert predicted that there will be 14 named storms, seven hurricanes and three intense hurricanes during the 2016 season.

The highest risk areas are expected to be the northern areas of the eastern Caribbean; and the western Caribbean / Gulf of Mexico region.
