Comments requested on NIST draft Guide for Cybersecurity Event Recovery

NIST is requesting feedback on a new guidance document which aims to help organizations recover from information security incidents.

SP 800-184 Draft Guide for Cybersecurity Event Recovery ‘provides tactical and strategic guidance regarding the planning, playbook developing, testing, and improvement of recovery planning’.

The document also provides an example scenario that demonstrates guidance and informative metrics that may be helpful for improving resilience of information systems. 

The deadline for comments is July 11th, 2016.
